Every time I watch his videos it inspires me to keep up my running. He also reminds me to just be uncomfortable sometimes, and to push myself physically but not in like a toxic or harmful way.

I appreciate his videos, I hope he is actually a good man and it's not a facade - hope he continues what he's doing.

I am not that comfortable in my own skin. Maybe he's faking that confidence, but I think it's a reflection of healthy priorities. He wears beaten up clothes, patched up clothes, and appreciates the value they offer. It's a sort of mundane beauty that I think he really tries to communicate in his videos, of seeing value where society wouldn't bother looking.

There's no such thing as "fake" confidence. If you "fake" being confident, you are confident. No one but psychopaths are 100% sure of themselves, their actions, or their deeds all the time. Confidence is just being able to accept that you will be wrong, embarrassed, or whatever, but still move forward with purpose.

So, fake it till you make it is confidence.

I've found the older I get, the easier it is to do this.
