I lost my big lad back in March at 11 years.
He was an amazing doggo.
Here he is with the other two nutters after a long day.
He looks like a sweetheart, so sorry for your loss. Did you get him when he was a puppy?
Yup, 8 weeks old. Proper big old boy too. At his biggest he weighed in at 68Kg.
Wow that is a big dog! Thank you for sharing
Dad, you are digging a hole. You told me I was not allowed to diggy a hole. This is a very unfair double standard.
Not that a creature this angelic would EVER think of diggying a random hole... or two... or several... trying to find that mole that's been rooting through her yard.
Those pictures are cute but older. A more recent picture of a floofy girl with me relaxing in the hammock. Her name is Sapphire and she is 11. Back legs have a bit of wobble to them, and she had to have a CCL repair a couple years back, but otherwise still going strong.
Wonderful fluffball.
What an adorable dog! Love the floof!
Here's my baby boy, he's getting the hang of playing tug well now. After 3 weeks of having him, we've started changing our bedtime routine so that I get to sleep in a real bed again at night. Day 2 (night 2?) of that and so far so good!
This feline erasure cannot stand. Where are all the cat owners at?
Here's my sweet girl, Peanut! She is a very vocal lady and likes to roam around our apartment yelling when she wants attention. She can be agressively cute when she wants to be, but also has a gremlin side that she is not afraid to show off.
She also loves to bring us toys when she wants to play. If we don't take the hint, she just keeps bringing more until there is a small mountain of her favorites. And she's a notorious foot-biter in the bathroom and when she wants more attention.
Most of the time, she's very sweet, though! She loves snuggling and always meets us at the door when we get home!
Those green eyes are gorgeous, thank you for sharing!
My pet greyhound had to have a corn removed a few days ago. He got a lot of sympathy at the park the other day. I swear he milks it. He was trying to do zoomies in the living room before we left, then when we see people he's lifting his paw up.
My doggos, Murphy and Darwin.

They look so pleased with themselves!
Great looking pups.
Believe it or not, these two are sisters from the same litter. The long-haired one has, on more than one occasion been called a Glamour Cat... and the short-haired one just has a RBF naturally, LOL. Love them both dearly, even if normally they avoid each other as much as possible. :)
I have two dogs, our girl is getting old and shakey. The other is a rescue so he's just a nervous Nelly.
I've been struggling the past couple weeks as our toddler is now super mobile. The old girl is doing fine but you can tell her patience is wearing thin as she just want to lay down in peace or tug of war it which the toddler is not very good at yet. The young fella just wants be left alone and you can see he's not sure where to be when the toddler is milling about. I don't know how to have them interact so it's as positive as possible for the dogs and then otherwise keep them all separated. When I try the toddler doesn't seem interested in the dogs but when I am not trying he starts to chase em....it's just a difficult stage. Can anyone relate?
I have three teenagers and a toddler about to turn three. I have two younger dogs, a Sproodle (Cookie, 5) and a Labrador (Rolo, 4).
My toddler loves to pay the dogs as he goes past. He's not pulled their tails or ears or anything yet, but we keep a baby gate across the office door and the dogs live in there must of the time, while the toddler is milling about. We try to keep a bit of interaction but I don't want him to do something when we're not looking and one of the dogs snap. They are the most friendly and lovable hound but it only takes a poke to the eye to get a warning snap, and that warning could have the potential to make contact which I couldn't have.
So yeah, I know where you're coming from but try to find a way to keep them apart when you cannot supervise.
Yes we have gates galore! It's just been hard because we have dogs that like to be resting at our heels or on our laps and a child who likes to fall or run into us so even when we are monitoring the dogs are at risk of being fallen on or charged at which they do not like. I think I need to work on place or similar commands more.
So, I lost this guy more than a year ago at the age of 13. He was the best family member. Playful and reliable. He knew who belonged and who was a stranger and only barked when something was unusual. https://imgur.com/a/c0FDbwJ
Ain't nobody posting nothing!? I demand cute pictures of animals here.
Edit: This comment is now defunct. My demand has been satisfied.
