The Stanley cup thing doesn't take up a lot of time in the video so don't worry about that part if you (like me) find it silly and a waste of time to hear about it. Mina's video is all about third places and how socializing has changed through recent history, and it's really very interesting!
I particularly liked the quote she had that went something like "one humble friend nearby is better than 16 brothers in the palace" -- that being a geographically close and available friend is much better than far away acquaintances.
Also, that fact about 70%-90% of human interaction being non-verbal is such a good point about why chatting/following/social media just does not fill up that hole in my chest when I feel alone and lonely. I only ever feel regenerated if I have been with a friend irl.
Anyway as always, great video from Mina Le and I highly recommend her other videos too!
