Jack Donovan, known for his writing on masculinity and for his criticisms of feminism and gay culture.
Stefan Basil Molyneux, a far-right, white nationalist Canadian podcaster and YouTuber who is known for his promotion of scientific racism and white supremacist views.
Michael Cernovich, an American social media personality, anti-feminist, men's rights activist, political commentator, and conspiracy theorist. He has been characterized as a part of the alt-right, but does not identify as such.
I don't normally make fun of appearances, but a guy with this stache is telling women how to improve their appearances? https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=126&v=oiG8CseFZ0o&feature=emb_logo

If this is a some omen of the next decade, we are fucked. As far as I can tell, this is not a joke or satire or performance art. This is a group of alt-right and mens' rights influencers giving a serious conference. I read through the convention's entire main page. I recognize Mike Cernovich and Stefan Molyneux as real people in the this sphere of people.
Now, using the terminology of "progressivism", I don't what else to call it, in a mocking tone is nothing new to the alt-right. But this takes it too such a meta level, I don't know if I can process it. It is a conference for a bunch of idiots with dicks to talk down to women. The line that got to me was
These clever manipulations were designed to weed you out of the gene pool
It is just so unabashedly pro-eugenics. Man, the existence of this conference hard bums me out.
If this is genuine, I'm wondering if there's a cabal of Christian fundamentalists strapping men into chairs and walloping them with Ludovico Technique-style viewings of Fleabag. Sure, there's a...

Sure, there's a kind of money-making performance art (see also, Alex Jones) involved in catering to the people who will fall for this. There will be some, not least of all media organizations that feel obliged to cover this mishegas.
I feel like this is comedy in some way, but it's too awful to really laugh at.
From the convention website:
I choose to believe this is very dedicated satire
Poe's law is an adage of Internet culture stating that, without a clear indicator of the author's intent, it is impossible to create a parody of extreme views so obviously exaggerated that it cannot be mistaken by some readers for a sincere expression of the views being parodied. wikipedia

I have no problem laughing at how absurd this is. I would be shocked if this wasn't satire or some PR stunt to generate attention.
Wow. Just.... wow. I kept checking to see if I was reading The Onion.

This has got to be some kind of Producers-like scam
