Did the studios not even consider Nick Offerman to play Garfield?
My kid hates Garfield but I think he’ll actually watch this based on the animation style. Makes me sad that it’s Chris Pratt, I’d rather they use posthumous AI Norm Macdonald.

I didn't even think of that. Nick Offerman would have made a great Garfield.
Right?? Garfield is best when he has a certain laissez-faire to him, and Offerman would just nail that aspect to the character
