Yeah selective color for the glow and the nuclear blast could be very powerful in a B&W movie. I still feel like much of the movie will be a muddled mess though.

Looks like it's only gonna be in Japan for now, but hoping it comes to America afterwards, what an incredible movie.

That's fair. Maybe I just think the idea is cool, more than it is actually going to be.
