I saw it last night, as far as Disney's third (?) first gay couple goes, it was okay. It had pacing issues that made me wish that Falcon/WS was the movie and this one the miniseries, but depending on how big a role cosmic Marvel plays with phase 4, you may want to headline that in the movies. Also the issue of a bunch of new guys being part of a Disney+ show with no one to connect you to the movies might be a little off-putting.
It's nice to see Disney sticking up for the LGBTQ+ community, though the cynic in me now thinks that maybe it is just more profitable to be an ally now?

LOL. Yeah, your cynical side is correct; they've been slowly slipping extremely subtle LGBTQ rep into their properties in easy-to-edit-out ways, and have been doing so in China and the Middle...
LOL. Yeah, your cynical side is correct; they've been slowly slipping extremely subtle LGBTQ rep into their properties in easy-to-edit-out ways, and have been doing so in China and the Middle East. Now, they've put some actual LGBTQ rep in a low-value property that won't hurt much to just not display in those areas.
Disney is not and will never stick up for anything but their own profits, and that's been true since ol' Walt himself set about strikebreaking in 1941.

Are they editing stuff out there? Or is the government doing it and they’re like, “we got nothing to do with it”?
They're censoring themselves there so they can release the movies in those countries, so yes.
