What is that one song of a genre you usually don't like but love the one particular song?
Could be anything. New or old. Some song stuck in your mind right now. Whatever.

I've been hooked on Find You by Pandas and People lately-- I'm not usually a fan of the whole folk-influenced pop thing, but for this song it works really well, and has been stuck in my head for the past couple of weeks.
Pop R&B can be so cheesy, but I like usher and I love this Ne-Yo track.

My usual listening includes metal, classic rock and brooding electronic music.
Ne-Yo has a few gems like this, I've always loved Closer by him too, despite, like you, usually not liking this genre.
User's 8701 brings me back to high school in a big way. I'll check out NeYo's other hit
I thought about posting this because recently I am loving listening to Don't leave me alone by David Guetta. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQfLvlZGYFM
And I generally HATE EDM. But I don't know something about that song just tickles my brain. It's addictive, I guess.
Ghost Riders - Johnny Cash.
Also The Devil Went Down to Georgia - The Charlie Daniels Band.
Plus I am a man of constant sorrows.
I don't really like indie pop in general, but I think Sweet Trip's Air Supply is one of the few exceptions. Probably the dreamy edge.
You might like I Miss That Feeling by Tennis if you like that dreamy, languid sound.
I don't hate country music so much as I simply don't care for it, but Jolene by Dolly Parton is practically in a league of it's own.
Country music of that era usually relied on very saccherine lyrics and the popular ones always seemed to be clones of eachother, which makes them sound especially insincere. But the lyrics of Jolene are pure poetry. Parton paints a picture of Jolene in your head and uses it to make you understand her point of view; it makes you feel the same emotions of Parton's character. I usually hate songs that emphasize the vocals over the music, but it's so good in this song I really don't mind.
Artist rather than song, but even though I enjoy everything around them, i.e. most bands in the same genre and similar ones, I don't like Metallica. Might just be a case of Seinfeld is Unfunny or something, but it's kinda strange.
Emotions - Mariah Carey
Gallery Piece -- of Montreal
Really haven't enjoyed any of kevin's electronic output but that one's a banger. Some of the songs on Innocence Reaches are okay as well.
Gun Fingers VIP, Darkzy
It's mainly the vocals - they grow on you. Trust me.
