I am super excited about this as I desperately want to try some high CBD, low THC strains to see if they help with my panic disorder since the only thing that has worked so far is Klonopin but it is incredibly addictive. There have been a few preclinical studies that indicate CBD has some pretty powerful anxiolytic effects so I am hoping it can help.
Mostly because I didn’t feel like hunting for a Doctor willing to prescribe it and with legalization just around the corner it seemed a waste of time. There is also no real evidence yet that it...

This could really fuel the pro side in many countries as Canada seems to take on the subject more judiciously and their approach seems more applicable to these countries.

And it's not like things are starting to change, most people are still extremely ignorant about this issue especially the impact it has on poor area with high unemployment where selling cannabis is the only way to get by.

Was there a reason you didn't get medical marijuana? It was super easy for my friend to get a prescription and mail order some high cbd oil.

FWIW, a friend of mine is literally the physical manifestation of anxiety and it's a great help for her. It certainly merits some experimentation.

FWIW you can generally fly domestically with weed if you stick to vapes or edibles, the TSA is on the lookout for bombs, not drugs.
I'll take "Things I'm not willing to chance for 100", Alex
Looks like October 17 is the official date that it will be legal.
I envisioned a Canadian flag with a pot leaf replacing the maple leaf, clicked on the link, first image, there it is. lol

Good job Canada.
Lead the world while we in the US are hoping sorting our shit.
I have a sense that Trump will push for cannabis legality to be determined at the state level.
