Does anyone around here pay for Neeva? How is the AI integration?
As others have said, it looks interesting but the price is steep. It makes me wonder, since they don't run ads, does that mean Google makes something like an average ~$5 a month off of each user...

Also, the average is going to be fairly meaningless because advertisers want to advertise to people who spend money, and both wealth and spending are very unequal, both within a country and between countries.
But as a crude estimate:
Google search revenue in 2021 was $149 billion
Total Internet users: 60% of the world population in 2021, or 4.7 billion.
How many of them use Google search? Hard to say, but I've seen estimates of 90%, so 4.2 billion.
Divide that out (149/4.2) and that's $35 per person per year.
It's going to be pretty sensitive to your estimate of the denominator. I'd guess they probably make more than average when advertising to the sort of person who might pay for Neeva? (Unless they use ad blockers.)

Has anyone been using this much lately? Curious as to how it compares to Google's non ad results.
