I think it would avoid a lot of confusion if you did. Normally the scraped published date helps however this one doesn't.

I wasn't ever confused by the headline, but if you really want it to be unambiguous, you could say "man found guilty in 2012 of..."

It really seems to me like it should be classified under the [crime] tag, not [pornography].
Initially when posting this I putted crime, web, tor. I didn't put pornography cause I thought it was a far reach tbh
