Are there any communities for selling used computers within Canada?

I have a Starlabs Labtop in great shape that I would like to sell. Problem is, I can't garner much interest on Craigslist/Facebook Marketplace. Are there any computer Buy/Sell sites in Canada such as Pinkbike.com for used bicycles?

I find Kijiji is much more active in Canada than Craigslist. For such a specific device, it probably isn't much better than anything you've tried already, but it might be worth a shot.

Second vote for kijiji. I always had good luck there. Sometimes it can take a bit of time, but the experience is far better than FB Marketplace where I found it to be pure chaos.

What province are you in? I'm in BC and I don't see a ton of activity on Kijiji. Craigslist was great up until just a couple years ago.

Huh, interesting. I'm in Ontario, so it's certainly possible there are regional differences.

Yea, unfortunately FB Marketplace seems to have taken over here.

I know you said you wanted to sell it, but if you're not strapped for cash I think it's also worth considering donating it to one of the various electronics refurb/reuse non-profits out there like Free Geek (Toronto), ACCESS Tech (Hamilton), Goodwill (across Canada), or the Electronic Recycling Association (across Canada).

I've personally donated a bunch of stuff to Free Geek over the years, and can vouch for them. They're an awesome group of people, IMO. They do resell the electronics, which may be a deal-breaker for some, but all the funds raised from sales go towards furthering their mission. Goodwill has a decent rep too, but they also resell the items to fund their mission as well. However, ACCESS Tech is run by McMaster University so is also highly reputable, and they actually donate the refurbished electronics to various charities they partner with, if you prefer that. And the only one I have no experience with is the ERA, but the fact that you can choose which charity you want your device to go to is pretty cool.

Free Geek seems like a great cause. I probably won't donate this laptop to them but I will keep them in mind for the other tech I have piling up. Thanks!

YVW. I see you mentioned you're in BC. Sadly Free Geek Vancouver shut down a few years ago. :( The original one in Portland is still going though, if you ever feel like taking a "short" (5hr ;)...

no more free geek in vancouver. if you do want to donate, i’ve got a good contact for you — but that’s about it.

Have you looked at www.paymore.ca or do you specifically prefer selling to a person? I know it sounds and looks super scammy, but there is one nearish to me and I was happy with what they offered...

Might be able to see if LinusTechTips forum has a buy/sell section. Otherwise I'm unaware of one.
