I use ExpressVPN, which supposedly has better speed, reliability, and support and isn't located in the US, but I'm open to other options. Why do you pick PIA over ExpressVPN?

Admittedly, this is the first I hear of ExpressVPN and it's certainly piqued my interest.

I think the downside of it is that it's a bit more expensive. Personally, I'm not too fussy about a few dollars.
Can you stream video and torrent over PIA without absurd costs?
Are they the only VPN for which we have proof they don't perform logging?
