    As more people should realize now, "don't be evil" went out the window a long time ago at google (assuming it was ever sincere).

    I've signed a similar agreement with my company, which is why I do all of my personal stuff at home.

      I don't think he was employed by Google though. That would be a completely different (non-)story if that were the case.

        But Duda says he suggested the exact technique Google is trying to patent in a 2014 email exchange with Google engineers
