Haha yeah. Project managers love it because it gives them something to do but I hate how much time is wasted on the frequent meetings. Just let me do my damn job!

That’s my experience as well. Not sure why those are disappearing across the industry, particularly in the area I live where prices are skyrocketing, but it’s heartbreaking. Still making the same income I did three years ago even though I’m now more experienced and capable, and it doesn’t go as far as it did then. I’m moving backwards. I did get a new title with a “senior” in it along the way, but that won’t put gas in my car or food on my kid’s plate.
I work in a union government job which starts out somewhat low but I get yearly raises up to around $3,700 (there's a cap after 7 years) plus 2% for inflation adjustment so that's a plus.

The PDF does not list where the Data comes from. I would take this information as a grain of salt. BUT, if you are feeling like you are being paid unfairly, you could discuss raise options with your manager or begin looking for a different company where you can start off fresh.
I'm in a HCOL area. Small company, junior level. First job out of college. Have received two raises so far, 7% and 8%, and bonuses were around 10-15%. I'm happy with the rate at which I'm...

I'm happy with the rate at which I'm progressing, but if these numbers are at all accurate then I'm still way below where I should be which is disconcerting
From TFA:
My personal rule of thumb is to run the other way when somebody desires big-A "Agile" certifications.

I hate cargo-cult Agile.
Welp. According to this I'm at least 28% underpaid. So the million dollar question is, how do I get from here to there?
The response I have got from many other people in tech jobs is to look for a new job. Apparently nobody does raises anymore.

I'm not even in the 25th percentile range. Do these seem really high for anyone else, or am I being underpaid that badly?

Anecdotally, based on what I know of colleagues in the industry's pay, it seems easily ~10-20% high.
