Questions like this should probably be contained to the recent New users: Ask your questions about Tildes here! topic, where they're often already answered, otherwise ~tildes will likely become overwhelmed and people will have a harder time actually finding answers.
p.s. IMO it's unlikely Tildes will have a ~teenagers, at least for the foreseeable future. Groups, and group creation works a little differently here than subreddits do on reddit. See the Groups section of the Tildes Docs.
Somebody already asked is it would be possible to follow tags, so they can be the equivalent to subs, but right now it isn't possible. The only thing left for now is to lurk the tag page:...
