Swiping down to reload when on mobile?

Would be really handy to have this gesture when browsing on a phone. My (many?) browsers don't have a visible reload button and clicking the logo brings you back to the main page.

If one wants swipe to update, chances are they do not want it for one website only but for all the websites, and as @jamesbvaughan says there is a plugin available for that.

Tildes, please do not reimplement browser features in JavaScript.

Yeah I'm using firefox, I never knew there were browsers that had it as a feature nor that there was a plugin for it, I thought it was just a standard gesture for mobile sites. Thanks.

If you're on Android, you may also want to look at Hermit, which basically converts websites into pseudo-apps and can add some functionality to them, including "pull to reload".

The biggest advantage to hermit is that you can make it monitor https://tildes.net/notifications/unread and it'll give you notifications on your lock screen

If anyone is on iOS, this already works with the Chrome mobile app.

I'm surprised you're asking for this feature: I already have it. I use Google Chrome on an Android phone. When I swipe down, whatever Tildes page I'm looking at refreshes - just the same as any...

It's not a feature on Firefox for android, as already mentioned.

Well, that seems like it's a browser issue, rather than an issue with tildes.net.
