Things to do in Prague
Thanks to everyone who came with recommendations for Munich, we had such a wonderful time that I didn't have time to reply to anyone. We did lots of things, but among them were the Pinakothek (we picked the modern art one) and the Englischer Garten and we loved both.
Now we're going to Prague and we're looking for recommendations of things to do there. As I said in my last post, we enjoy food, beer and just looking at stuff.
There's a YouTube channel called Honest Guide run by some Czech guys that has a lot of good videos on how to find good (non-tourist-trap) stuff and avoid scams. I think they've since branched out beyond just Czechia but they have a lot of good Prague content!
I came to recommend Honest Guide as well, glad to see them already mentioned! :) As someone who grew up in Prague, I really can't recommend their channel enough for people visiting the city or country.
What a great trip you're on! There's tons of stuff to do in Prague. Some popular sights are the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and Astronomical Clock. There's a smaller replica of the Eiffel Tower that's kind of fun, and it's nice just strolling through the Old Town and nibbling on trdlenik. The zoo is quite nice; it's fairly compact and built on a steep hill. A couple smaller-scale things I enjoyed were the Mucha Museum and the Museum of Communism.
U Fleku is worth visiting for dinner and beer, and I highly recommend seeking out a slice of medovnik, a/k/a Czech or Bohemian honey cake.
Speaking of museums, I loved the National Technical Museum, especially the giant exhibition hall full of old cars and planes and locomotives.
We were the last weekend for Oppenheimer, and I can absolutely recommend the Manifesto Market Andel for food. Great food and Pilsner Urquell from the tank.

My favorite thing to do in Prague was the beer spa, there are multiple ones around the city. It's fun to roam around the old town, just wear good shoes are the cobble stone can hurt after a few miles.
When I was there 10 years ago I really enjoyed Vysehrad castle. Riding the train out to Kutna Hora to see the Sedlec Ossuary was a bucket list item for me.

I went to Prague with a friend last year, and one of the things we did was a brewery tour, where we walked around the city centre visiting different breweries and trying their beers. It was a blast! You can pay extra to include a full dinner, extra sightseeing, or a personal accordion player.
I'm a little late to the party, OP has problem come and gone to Prague already but I wanted to chime in with some more recommendations in case anyone in the future might read this:
-The National Museum is fabulous (not to be confused with the National Technical Museum which someone already mentioned.) This one has several buildings but I went to the main, historic one. Loads of Czech history very tastefully displayed. If you are a graphic design buff, I highly recommend it. For science buffs, there is a wing full of different formations of minerals collected from around the world. It is staggering in its size and breadth. Another wing has a huge collection of shells from an array of marine life.
-On the other end of the museum spectrum there is an unofficial LEGO museum. Really, it's a basement inside of a LEGO store but the collection is exhaustive, fun, and spans the entire history of LEGO. I found some sets from my childhood that I'd never thought I'd see again.
-Food-wise you can't go wrong. The goulash was great (especially if you can find it in a bread bowl), the various sausages slapped (overall the cuisine is very meat-forward), but by far my favorite were the chimney cakes. You can find them all over town and they are kind of like large, hollow churros that you can fill with fruits and creams and chocolate. As for a specific eatery, I recommend the restaurant Krčma. There was a cozy, beer hall atmosphere and they had great bready, blueberry dumplings amongst other things.
-One thing to note is that unlike other parts of Europe, tipping culture has taken root there and 10% is usually the expected rate.
