Legion (FX) discussion
Is anyone watching Legion? Thoughts on it?
I'm caught up on S2 and it's great, I might be liking S1 more at the moment though.

I thought season one was spectacular. A completely different type of super hero show when there are so many of them on different platforms right now.
With season two, I fell off halfway through the first {episode} and never got back on the train. I tried the second episode a couple times but it's just becomes o complicated and weird I ca no longer follow what's going on. Seemingly arbitrary things keep on happening and I don't know what's up with the plot.
I'd love to like the second season, but just can't get there.
exactly the same feeling here. few eps into s2 it got too difficult to follow the manifold overlaping plots, forced atmoshpere, seemingly random scenes thrown in and lack of any feeling of conclusion to anything tgat was happening
Season 1 was so gooood! They are dragging season 2 so much that it's become a tad boring now :/
They've left too many plot holes and twists around the story that it's hard to figure out what's really happening
Agreed. Too slow. Sometimes I'm just postponing watching the episode because I know not much will happen and I need to be in the mood for it.
There ia very interesting stuff anyway. The whole green/red and the whole cinematics and editing is amazing, and Aubrey Plaza. I just wish they'd told more of a story sometimes.
Legit! The cinematography is off the rails :)
Do you remember the last season's episode 6 with Aubrey's Dance number? Now that was one amazing scene
This is the one I'm talking about:

Really amazing, yes. The Bolero scene video popped up after yours, I had forgotten about it. One of my favorite songs of all time.
I also think I'm missing a lot of references in the show... But I still enjoy it and will continue watching for sure.
I loved the first season, watched two or three episodes of season two and had to stop. it was getting too complicated to follow week to week, so I'm holding out until it's done then I'll binge watch it and hope things make sense
Yeah, I think this will likely be what I end up doing as well. Loved the first season, watched half of S02E01 and will likely just wait until it's all out to get back in on it.
I found it hard enough to follow with the kids running around the house, weekly breaks there is too much going on
I watched season one but don't have TV to watch s2. I'll wait for it to come on Hulu.
I love this show! The cinematography is fantastic. Having watched Twin Peaks: The Return, I've realized that I have a masochistic streak when it comes spending hours of my life watching something that I don't understand.
