A report based point system wouldn't really be a wise idea. Everyone wants internet points and will tend to abuse the system giving the admins a lot of reports and flags to clear.I heard the site is going Open Source, so once that happens we can submit our own pull requests!

HAL9000 LinkBose QC35 is hands on the best set of cans I've used in a very long time. The one I'm using has lasted for almost 3 years and counting and is still going strong. But since they are above your budget, I'll suggest the CB3 hush. It's Bluetooth, got ANC and a pretty decent battery life as well. It doesn't have a mic though.

Prioritize as to what's more important. The thing with me is, I tend to have a hard time deciding what to do first and hence try to do it all at once which never really works

Progress, is, in my opinion, the most important one. It’s not what you actually accomplish as much as how much you feel you’ve accomplished that drives your sense of motivation.
