I adore Jacob Geller. This guy makes literary analysis videos about video games where he most often analyzes an idea between different games. In this video he talks about the fear of being deep underground and backs up his ideas about with games like Inside, Kentucky Route Zero and various newspaper articles. Never found something quite like it on youtube again.

One indie IP I always love to recommend is sunless sea or fallen london. They are both games that kinda play out like digital choose-your-own-adventure books. Both play in an alternate universe victorian-era london that fell into a gigantic cave, with lots of humorous writing and eldritch horrors.

What made that part really special for me was the music. It sounds like a remix of the music that ran during the ginso tree escape in the first game, but way better

The lyrics kinda remind me of house of leaves. I wonder if they were inspired by it?

I don't think that it's really important to have big discussions and publicity for tildes right now. People trickle in constantly and so far posts haven't slowed done so much that there is nothing to do around here. Tildes will be great if it pans out roughly like Deimos imagined it in the docs, but untill then we mainly need more development time, and not more users that he has to worry about.

Ah, thank you, I've heard seen that one but I forgot the name. Looks beatiful, once it's out somewhere else I'm probably buying it.

Definitly some gestures, like changing songs in my poket by long pressing the volume buttons. Plus, I don't use google whatsoever so the search bar is really unnecessary and I can't delete it. There is no gesture for turning on my flashlight, which is annoying if you suddenly stand in the dark and I really wish I could have the back button on the right side, like I'm used to. It's a lot of small things for me.

Just got a Pixel 3a because the camera on my oneplus 3 broke. It's amazing, I didn't even know I'd love phones made out of plastic, and the camera is probably the best at that price point. It's probably the best phone for me, so I'm really happy for far. I have to say though, the pixel launcher is really stock android, no useful additions whatsoever. I had linage OS installed before and I find myself often lacking the features that I got used to. Heard the pixel launcher will be updated somewhat on android Q, so we'll see.

Had a complete obsession with Blue Exorcist recently. Watched both seasons and bought the manga afterwards and it just left me craving for more.
