    I'm not sure if its even possible to do that, but I also don't think its really necessary. Everybody has their own play style and some may want to access the ease of flying for whatever reason....

    I'm not sure if its even possible to do that, but I also don't think its really necessary. Everybody has their own play style and some may want to access the ease of flying for whatever reason. For example, I don't particularly care about riding around a rail system.

    That being said, I was actually planning to mostly ditch my elytra before the shutdown news happened. So I wouldn't be in a big hurry to access elytra on the restart. I would probably use it only for shulker hunting and accessing tall farms. Or if I have to go thousands of blocks away - theres nothing fun about walking that far.

    If we restart before 1.21, i think we should border off a fairly small area. Then when 1.21 comes out, we can expand and things wont be really far away. 1.21 is supposed to come out mid-year...

    Maybe even have it be more whitelisted (but viewable by interested people) who all chip in to keep the server running so its not all on tea. That would also keep folk invested in playing on the...

    I'd be down to join if we can't convince tea to continue hosting but on a server restart. I'd love to have the armor stand, mob head, and player head datapacks from the start. They really changed...

    I wouldn't want to continue to current world. While there are some projects I would continue, a lot of the interest has been used up since basically everything is so readily available.

    It shouldnt be hard to post the world download somewhere. If you load it on your own computer, it doesnt matter if its read-only or not.

    Hear me out. Maybe, instead of shutting it down permanently, turn it off for a couple months, let people get the itch, and restart the server from scratch? With all the datapacks. Probably after...

    I know for myself, part of the dropoff was the fact that so much was already done. A new world would allow for new creativity.

    Just a suggestion.

    The story was that Posi and fam were making a huge statue to squish their base. While building, everybody was commenting that the original butt was too small, so it was rebuilt thicc. I wanted to...

    The story was that Posi and fam were making a huge statue to squish their base. While building, everybody was commenting that the original butt was too small, so it was rebuilt thicc.

    I wanted to build a UFO for the nether roof portal which was right next to the statue. Considering the butt critique, I thought it would be funny to have the UFO shooting the statue's butt. Posi gave me permission so I did it. After, we spent a good half hour looking at it and laughing.

    Then we got the mob head and armor statue datapacks and the ufo/statue fight was started.

    If anybody wants to take a crack at some, please feel free. The zoo has been marked on the dynmap. The bulletin board of animals left to do is right by the entrance.
