The server operates on a soft whitelist. Anyone can log in and walk around, but you need a Tildes account to gain build access.
We recommend you install our mod web-chat so that you can chat while in your web browser. It turns the server into an old-school chat room.
I dropped in to the server last night to look around and see what was happening. You are all building on a totally different level from me and my basic block homes! I enjoyed taking in all the different art and build styles.
I'm hosting a PVP event March 14th, 2pm EDT - No gear required, in fact please bring nothing.
There is an observation deck if you want to watch instead. With a freecam mod, you can see the entire playing field.
Please do not explore the arena before the event, leave surprises for the day of!

There will be at least two games which I'll briefly tell you about.
The first game will be a free for all, battle royale. Players will start with nothing, and through scavenging the arena find the tools they need to survive. Making alliances is not against the rules, but just remember only one player can win.
The second game will be team based, with the Orange side fighting the Blues in a series of rounds. Each round will have an objective to complete. You'll have to show up to find out more.

I would just like to say right now that I hate all clocks and also the British Aristocracy.
I was really hoping to make this when it was first announced, but then my sister had to go and schedule my niece's birthday on the 14th.
Hopefully after the big event, we will be able to still make use of the arena.
I almost lost the community Elytra the other day, so I took it upon myself to collect another half dozen Elytra. I came back only to find that someone had already collected 3 community Elytra and put them on the town hall wall. So, there's now 4 Unbreaking/Mending Elytra in the chest marked Free Elytra in town!

So this past week I finally tidied up some of the interior of community storage. I added proper access to the catwalk to set filters. I went with copper grates and trapdoors again, as a homage to S2 comm. storage. I also built an office for myself on the upper floor, which was fun and now provides me a safe space to afk at in the area.
I have also made great progress terraforming the area. I have got the terrain how I want it to be, and now working on adding trees. The first few trees have been slow, but I am getting to the point where I understand the design styles of the moonlight forest trees, so it should start picking up soon.
The storage is amazing. Every time I head over there to drop things off I’m amazed at your progress!!
How much time do you think you’ve spent on it?
It is hard to fully figure out how much time, but it is worth noting that it is my only project on the server at the moment. Also, while I have done the majority of the work myself, I have also gotten little bits of help from various people, and have benefited greatly from getting building resources from storage that others have dropped off.
Been working on the land reclamation work west of storage, and it is getting pretty good. At first glance, the forest looks pretty natural and not man made, but on closer look there are a few things I recognize where it doesn't fully blend in yet. I am hoping to finish that in the next few days.
Since the rough work is done, if anybody wants to, feel free to redesign the road west of storage (and potentially add street lights instead of my torch spam). Right now it is just nemo's temporary stone road that they built a while back. Specifically going to tag those who have built or might be planning on building along that road @nemo, @lazerdye, @redx, @noox
Thanks for the ping! The creativity has been sucked out of me a little the last week with some life stuff (nothing bad, just hella tiring), but I plan to hop back on soon and deff come see & check it out!
There is no pressure on you or anyone else pinged to redecorate the road. I just thought I would throw out the offer, and if no one else does it, I will eventually get around to it, but it would be quite a low priority
I haven't made it onto the server recently but I just took a look on bluemap and I think it looks great! I see some of the contours I put it made it into the final version. Thanks for finishing it all up!
A lot of the work you did made it into the final version. The height of the road I just used what you had done, since I felt no need to change that. Then, for the terraforming south of the road, I just made it feel more organic with less straight lines, then added undergrowth and trees. The north side of the road is where more of my work went into, as I had to completely redesign the land to blend in with the cliff I added
I have gotten the east side of storage (the side that faces town) close enough to finished that it is finally resembling my final vision for decor. Here is a screenshot showing it. I still have plenty of tasks to tidy it all up, but excited to finally see my vision coming together.
I added "chest content indicators" (in the form of mini-blocks) to all non-bulk chests & around half of the bulk chests at the Community Storage, to help people find things in there a lot more easily than before. I'm going to expand this to include the bulk chests soon as well.
Netherhub update:
All the terraforming is done

Every time I travel through the hub I find some delightful new addition. You're doing good work out there!
Reminder, if you would like to be added doing something in the nether hub, please leave your head and clothes in the donations box inside the tree.
Those of you who have already left me a head, could you please add some clothes? That way I don't have to chase you down. I'm mostly using dyed leather armor, but if you want other clothes, leave those instead.
Dunno if you saw chat before you logged out yesterday, you left just after I sent it, but I have an idea for my armor stand in the hub. I want to build an homage to my season 1 base. Remember the geode that came up through the center of the island? I'd like to rebuild the top part and have random plants growing in a small area around it with my character investigating. I also want to animate my armor stand in some way too if it's ok to use a bit of the space underneath.
I did not see that. I don't remember your season 1 base. But if you are able to find somewhere that it'll fit, you're welcome to it. I would prefer it to not take up tons of space though. Any open area underneath the moss layer is open and can be utilized as you see fit.
Ok cool. My season 1 base was a pretty generic build, but it had the big nature reserve where we had the easter egg hunt. The top of the geode at the surface wasn't very big at all, it should fit into the nether build nicely.
Alright. Yeah. I was thinking the nature reserve, but I don't remember the geode, so I was confused.

Finally finished* designing the next building for my city, soon I'll have a massive rocket factory producing full shulkers of lvl 3 rockets just like last season. I also finally got around to taking some screenshots of my city for people who haven't been to visit yet. And here is a sneak peek of the rocket factory from my creative world.

Looking incredible! I think I never finished up the water in the reactor core; I got up to where it is now and then I wasn't sure how you wanted the water handled around the rails/openings, and I never got a chance to ask you after.
No worries! That's actually an old screenshot from when we were working on it still. I already raised the water level up all the way. Rails can be waterlogged and still be ridden while underwater, so as you ride in there is a Hydrostatic Containment Resonator* that keeps the water inside.
*Trapdoors and a lightning rod.
