    I went to check on the farm a few days prior to "The End" and found that it wasn't working.

    I think it was based on this farm from shulkercraft. After looking at the build video, I noticed that the armor stands within the farm were gone. That's probably the cause of the break, but when I tried replacing them the existing shulkers were making things very difficult. Given the limited time, I focused on other things prior to the shutdown.

    However, while I was there I cleaned out almost all of the shulkers shells. I think I left a stack or two, but took a few shulkers full of the shells. I filled up the chest in the town hall, and stored the rest in the totally super secret treasure room in the left foot of the statue. To open the treasure room, press the stone button under the stairs. There's also a decent supply in there of gold, ice, and a few other random things.

    Agreed and planning to do the same. Was going to mention it during Gravy's egg hunt. Should we mass-dump mats into the mining box? or is there a better way we could do this?

    So, a few days back I also went through a bunch of the old threads and identified prior players. I used the resulting list to create placeholders in the Hall of Heroes, in an attempt to give credit to as many folks as possible. If you find your name in the Hall, feel free to move it. I just put up placeholders in the order that I found them.

    Looking forward to the Egg hunt!

    I was thinking that we put the stands on a block of people's choosing, with a sign on the front of the block containing their name and whatever else they want.

    Thinking further on this, it would be really neat to build a players hall of some sort before it ends. Maybe in the unused basement of the town hall we could have labeled armor stands of everyone...

    Maybe in the unused basement of the town hall we could have labeled armor stands of everyone interested, including their heads? At some point prior to shut-down, folks could put their favorite armor on there so that they actually look like us.

    Hopefully this isn't too late to garner attention.

    The existing Warden farm was not suitable for farming their heads (@GravySleeve and I died several times trying to farm them), so there's now a new Warden "farm" at Dark Peaks station. However,...

    The existing Warden farm was not suitable for farming their heads (@GravySleeve and I died several times trying to farm them), so there's now a new Warden "farm" at Dark Peaks station.

    However, it's only a farm in the sense that it will spawn Wardens and guide them to a spot where you can shoot them safely. It takes about 30 spectral arrows with a full power bow to kill one. I've got a chest there full of spectral arrows, since the glow it places around the target makes it much easier to hit the Wardens through the pulsing darkness.
