I recall Evie (who was the one who found this thingy in the first place) said that we can cover it up if we want to.
However, we do not claim any responsibility for any yeast infections and/or other fungal infestations.
The other side of the Fun Gal Avenue is also unclaimed, except for 2 or 3 blocks where I placed my oyster mushroom sculpture.

The former, probably not, as he only had contact with us during his last 2-3 weeks there (and even then, he couldn't speak for more than a few seconds). Most of his time in the hospital, he spent either unconscious, or semi-conscious but isolated from us. The hospital staff also wouldn't have somehow known it, as his cousin wasn't even in the same country. And, to be honest, I guess we'll never solve this mystery with high confidence anyway at this point, as it's been a few years since then.

Most of that time was inside an ICU, and overall he had no contact with any member of my family. While he was in there, his cousin (who lives far away) died from a COVID infection during his cancer therapy. My entire family agreed to not let him know about this until he recovers a bit, because we were worried he'd get a heart attack or have a breakdown.
Turns out, he somehow knew before any of us told him? Inside the hospital, during his unconsciousness, he saw a dream/"vision"/whatever-you-wanna-call-it where he and his cousin were in the same ICU. The walls had started fading away, and both of them started getting pulled towards a void (I think?). His cousin was entirely pulled in it, but he wasn't, because he saw his kids holding him away with all their strength. And he was surprised nobody was mentioning his death to him after he left the hospital.
To this day, none of us had found a reasonable explanation for it. To be fair, it's not the only unexplained event in my family, but it definitely is one of the weirder ones.

This is actually also true in Greek, including modern Greek. SVO is still formally the most common, but you can generally mix and match depending on what you actually want to emphasise in your sentence. E.g. considering the following elements:
-
[Ena] milo (Obj. "[an] apple")
-
Efage (Verb "he/she/it ate")
-
O Nikos (Subj. (a name))
The following sentences are all equally valid:
- O Nikos efage ena milo (Nick/ate/an apple)
- O Nikos ena milo efage (Nick/an apple/ate)
- Ena milo efage o Nikos (an apple/ate/Nick)
- Ena milo o Nikos efage (an apple/Nick/ate)
- Efage ena milo o Nikos (ate/an apple/Nick)
- Efage o Nikos ena milo (ate/Nick/an apple)
You can pick one depending on what you want to emphasise; the earlier the word appears in the sentence, the more you want to emphasise it. Some of these can sound a little poetic sometimes, but they are still valid if that's what you're trying to emphasise.
Knowing such a highly inflected language, I'd say that (in my personal experience) I never had to "overthink" phrasing in any language I've "experienced", regardless of its word order. "Yoda speech" to me comes just as naturally as its inverse, etc. If anything, I mix and match for funsies on occasion.

They do of course have a history to "under-deliver" compared to what the community expects, but I always take these trailers as more of a "proof of concept" than a "promise".

I definitely recall...As far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong), Mojang still has control of the creative decisions for the game, so it's not like Microsoft is forcing them to add all these things. I definitely recall a few tweets from actual Mojang employees mentioning this as a fact, but I no longer have a
twitterxxitter account to be able to find them.I don't think they're going down any specific path. Some of their updates were things that the community suggested as "general themes and ideas" that Mojang put their own flair on (e.g. nether update, cave update, trials update). Some updates were minor and just added a couple of things they didn't manage to add during another update (e.g. 1.20). Some updates brought almost nothing but optimisations to the game (e.g. 1.15). And some updates were just things Mojang decided to do.
However, they seem to not find their old "major releases" model very sustainable (for a multitude of reasons, including what the community expects from them), and they're currently moving more towards a "many minor additions in parallel with a larger addition" model. So, content mentioned in the article is more of a minor update than a major one.
That being said, I was playing exclusively 1.8 and 1.7 until 1.18 released and finally got me to migrate to a modern version. For the time being, all my personal worlds are still on 1.18, but there's also the tildes community server where we play on the latest version. So I get what you're saying.
