Visually they're...One author I absolutely love but i never hear anyone else mention is Bill Peet. The guy was an animator at Disney way back in the day, and did a whole bunch of his own kids books. Visually they're incredible and the stories are interesting and clever. A few of my favorites are Huge Harold, Randy's Dandy Lions, and Chester the Worldly Pig.

There are plenty of Griswolds that go for well over $400 (albeit, typically the more unique examples), and I would expect that if they were still manufacturing them, they would command a premium much higher than Lodge and closer to the price point of this Yeti.
Lodge makes good cast iron pans for a great price. If you're looking for a new cast iron pan that's solid step above Lodge, with a much smoother surface, you can easily get into the $200-400 range.
I would never pay $400 for a cast iron pan personally, and it does seem that the Yeti brand tacks on an additional premium, but I don't think the price is quite outrageous. It's close, though.

Jaybird Link ParentAgreed. It's been a long time since I've seen it, but I remember the bear particularly broke the immersion for me for a little bit. This also just made me realize I really want a Predator Vs....Agreed. It's been a long time since I've seen it, but I remember the bear particularly broke the immersion for me for a little bit. This also just made me realize I really want a Predator Vs. Cocaine Bear movie for some reason.
Excellent movie overall though. Brought the new concept to the franchise while being much more elevated than purely a concept movie. I had a great time watching it.

I've listened to both of them individually quite a lot - Hiromi's Spectrum is one of my favorite solo piano jazz albums of the past couple decades, and Chick Corea's...I have to check this out! I've listened to both of them individually quite a lot - Hiromi's Spectrum is one of my favorite solo piano jazz albums of the past couple decades, and Chick Corea's elektric band albums are some of my favorite fusion jazz, not to mention his incredible albums with Gary Burton.
