It can be simple things, like holding open a door for someone, giving a beggar a sandwich, or listening to a monologue that will help a person get whatever is depressing them off their chest. I realized quickly that I couldn't change the world (as much as I would like to be able to), but as it turns out, that's not necessary; I just need to be there for the people around me. There's this hope that I have - that if more people help their immediate surroundings, it will gradually turn the world into a better place. To some that may sound naive, but that won't stop me from sticking to my principles.

At some point we stopped caring about that though, as we made lots of money by selling the (useless) items that we found, along with just about anything that we found that didn't belong to anyone else.
We always had enough cash to buy the best items from NPCs, so even if the loot wasn't good, we traded it in for the better equipment. -

It's going to be the benchmark for RPGs for quite a while, it's that good. -

I joined MySpace before it hit 1 million users. I spent an alarming amount of time socializing on that platform, which was also the reason why I decided never to create a Facebook account. I'm kind of glad it went that way!
