Dressing like Johnny. Has all the rings too.” With multiple sources refuting it. And Heard is an unreliable narrator.
TL;DR for the rest is WB/DC is and will continue to be a mess. And Aquaman 2 is a lame duck.

I just used MLS because in terms of the annual TV ratings and market research it is locality specific so only lists the local teams (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS ranked in that order). At least for the ones I look at.

Baseball management has been complacent and become a localized sport (ie. they mainly make money from ticket sales and local tv). I live in one of the 3 largest baseball markets in the country and have maybe 3 people who follow the team closely out of around a hundred friends, family, coworkers. And even then, closely means they follow news not watch the team regularly.
The NFL first preseason game (aka the hall of fame game) outdraws the entire MLB finals games combined. In what should be one of the largest markets in the league, the owners do not have the team in a position to try to win and it is not possible to watch the games on some streaming apps like YoutubeTV. Overall the sport will continue to exist but in terms of regaining past glory it seems like it’s beyond possible from my perspective. In a town where it was the #1 sport when I was a kid, it is now #4 and closer to the MLS team than anything else. And from my anecdotal experience, the sport seems essentially dead at a fan level in my area for the entire 40 and under demo.

Yes that is within the load limit of most joist hangers (2x6 is 400 lbs min usually), as well as a 2x6 8 ft span on edge (424 lbs), but double check your specific materials. Also FYI joist hangers need to be nailed into both the joist and the header.

If you bag it, put it in perfect climate control and monitor constantly theoretically you could get 5-10 years but it gets really risky for bugs or sprout or mold. Wheat is the easiest grain to store long term, corn next.
Also 15,000 tons is not that much on a country level scale. That’s only about 600,000 bushels of corn.

Catch Phrase - you can get it as an app on your phone (I use Phrase Party and think it’s the best one). Like fishbowl, 2 teams of every other person. Then each person goes and gets one word then passes the device. You can say anything but the word to get your team to guess the word. The team stuck with it when the clock ends loses that round.
Activities not games: axe throwing, go karting, mini golf, regular golf, hiking, scavenger hunt, paint nite, laser tag. Homemade obstacle course/olympics: spoon/egg race, dizzy bat, flip cup, bean bag toss, …
Lawn games: cornhole, ladder toss, polish horseshoes.
You could cook like everyone does a make your own pizza night.

I was hoping there would be more details about the logistics and corp structure. Like how they search for storefronts, is it boots on the ground locally or a central core group of employees looking online. Or how they quickly spin up the merchandise and restocking. And margins/optimizations. Things like that, unfortunately this article was very light on the how they do it part despite the title.
