Check local sewing machine repair shops if there are any near you. Sometimes they'll sell old sewing machines and you can be reasonably sure they'll be in good working order.

Is a motorcycle cheating? If it is then a miata is the obvious pick for fun:price ratio.

Classic: remaining budget could pick me up a nice '60s-'70s classic roadster convertible. Really any would do, mgb, triumph tr6, alfa spider, datsun fairlady, etc. Something small and fun that you could imagine cruising down some windy coastal road in.

If you're interested in what that reason is, or just interested in Japanese Americana in general, I'd recommend the book Ametora: How Japan Saved American Style.

Japan for whatever reason has one of the most vibrant denim industries

I also fell into that cheap IEM youtube rabbit hole and ended up buying the Moondrop Chu. I would have been happy with them if I had paid double or triple the $20 I spent on them. I'm not a huge audiophile but I have found that I like a "flat", harman-curve-target tuning and the Chu really deliver. They don't even feel like cheap IEMs; the driver housing is metal and the tips they come with fit my ears well.

After the great experience with the Chu I also ended up buying a pair of the Moondrop Space Travel wireless IEMs for $25. I'm not as impressed with the sound quality one these but I expected that coming in. I bought them for running/biking which they're perfect for since I'm not anxious about them falling out and getting lost/broken. It's insane that they managed to add ANC, transparency, and touch controls for the price. If I have one complaint, however, it's that they're not very loud which has been an inconvenience listening to podcasts near road noise, even with ANC.

    Anderson .Paak
    H.E.R
    Daniel Caesar

Hey, you just described my past 2 months, (with the exception of PF'ing raids instead of having a static).

BG3 has really been a fantastic game. The scale is truly mind-blowing and the amount of voice acting makes it feel incredibly immersive.

I recommend the epic encounters mod for dos2 if you haven't tried it. If you've done a few playthroughs and want something fresh, it's a great mod. It's a super in-depth overhaul of both character building and the battle system, as well as some new/tweaked encounters. Some of the changes were a little unintuitive at first but they're super cool once you get the hang of it. The ascension system allows for some really cool character building options. The battered/harried system makes it so that you have to build up damage on your opponent before being able to apply strong crowd control effects. This removes the tendency of fights in dos2 turning into each side just trying to stun-lock the other.

A bit pricier than prana but Outlier is a brand with a cult following that has some options you might be interested in. They're known for experimenting with technical fabrics. I'd take a look at the Futureslimworks or the slim dungarees.
They're both suitable for the office and have some water repellency by way of DWR. The slimworks have decent stretch as well as a gusseted construction that helps with range of motion. The dungarees are a bit heavier with less stretch but still incorporate a gusset for movement. I own a pair of each (though they're from a few years ago before they changed them a bit) that I still use and am happy with.

I enjoy making my own patterns. I learned a lot from Patternmaking for Menswear by Gareth Kershaw which is a great introduction to drafting bespoke patterns and has step by step guides for a bunch of different clothing items to measure. Now, I use CLO3D to build custom patterns directly on a model based on my measurements. Super cool software that let's you experiment a lot without wasting/spending a ton on fabric.

I really like looking through thrift stores and junkyards for salvageable audio equipment deals. I found this old broken Radio Shack amp that I liked the look of and gutted it and put an inexpensive Class D amp in the chassis (Sure AA-AB32971). I also found a pair of 100W pioneer speakers at a thrift store for $25. For my turntable, I found a Technics SL-Q5 that was marked as broken but just needed a new stylus. All in all I spent like <$200 for this set up. It might not be the greatest audiophile setup but it was really fun putting it together.
For my headphones, I just have a Modi/Magni stack and I've rotated through headphones but I've always gone back to a pair of ATH-900x's that I've had for like 10 years at this point.
