I've used T2O bits and screws from US Home Depots using a $40 black and decker drill and not had the problems the OP is showing. I think it is either a bad batch of bits, or more likely, screws.

What is weird about this is that Gen Z seems to have little interest in getting their license, and in turn making themselves independent from their parents. In the US, infrastructure has been car obsessed for at least 70 years, and it isn't going to change anytime soon, and yet less teenagers are going for a license when they are eligible.

I would guess that unless you live in a horrible neighborhood, a child has a higher chance of getting murdered at school compared to hanging out with friends after school. So I don't think airtags are going to help.

I have no problem with the OP's request until the sentence:

"There is such great content on here, with amazing contributors, but sometimes you just get the people who like to use profane language like it's an adjective, and it has no place in the topic or discussion."

Stating that profanity has no place in a topic or conversation is an opinion that I believe many people would disagree with. Asking for a NSFW filter is fine, expressing an opinion like it is fact rubs me the wrong way.

Companies have been double dipping on users (selling their info while charging a monthly fee) for years. I will do everything I can to extract as much value as I can for as little capital as I can with every one of these businesses I come into contact with. It is not my job to make sure these companies can give their C-Suite an 8 figure bonus. I fight for me and I don't understand people who work so hard against their own best interests.

    Showing my age here but

Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS. Without mouse support, you performed functions by performing /slash commands. For example, saving a document was /FS (The slash opened the dropdown menu, F was for File, S for Save). To copy a cell was /EC. I probably had a hundred of these slash commands memorized. Now in my 40s, I cant figure out how to create a graph in Excel without a youtube video. The world has passed me by.

I am in my 40s and sometimes it hard to make it through the previews (and commercials) before the movie starts without hitting the bathroom. There is zero chance I would make it 3 hours, especially after drinking my 64oz soda and slobbering down a tub of popcorn.

I don't mind sitting through a 3 hour movie, but I HATE 8-10 episode seasons of TV shows. I lose all interest in a show that has 8 episodes and then takes 18 months off before the next seasons starts. It is probably why I spend all my time watching old TV shows or shows entering their final seasons.

I can literally type in a zip code online and get the average family income for that zip code. I would imagine it wouldn't be hard for colleges to come up with a school district or zip code prioritization based on income levels. I honestly think this court ruling will have almost zero impact on African American getting into college and if colleges successfully switch to an income based approach, this will likely help minorities, immigrants, and poor whites that are currently not helped by AA.

I just think this is the new normal. I am sure there were people that were very upset when their name, address, and phone number were printed in a book that was mailed out to the entire city, and the white pages were also opt out, but at some point that invasion of privacy just became normal for people.

Of course it sucks, but I honestly don't see a law coming anytime soon (in the US anyways), and the tech companies aren't going to restrict themselves.
