I was hardly using them since I mainly use headphones if I'm gaming and they most certainly weren't good gaming headphones (CS:GO 99% of my gaming). They were sweet cans though! I had some very similar style pads. The 6xx are pretty great for gaming and I really dig the sound profile as it is so similar to my speakers/sub setup.

It has plenty of power for this close listening, I think these speakers would like more power if I was say using in a living room setup. Probably still be fine tbh. I've never had a problem with the amp other than the bright light on the front. Sound has been great but I've never compared these speakers on another amp. Pretty sweet piece of equipment for the price. Would be nice to have a LFE/Pre out so I could use the volume knob on it for everything but I have this little Fostex (PC-1) volume knob that is great.

For headphones if you have some super hard to drive one you can move a jumper to send full power to the headphones port which is insane. That really did open up Hifiman HE 500s when I had them vs the O2 JDS Labs DAC/AMP.

Setup at my desktop right now (overkill lol):
    Ascend Acoustics Sierra 2-EX Speakers
    SVS SB2000 Subwoofer
O2 JDS Labs DAC > Emotiva Basx A-100 Amp

Then headphones Sennheiser 6xx - Super happy with these

Would like to switch to an all in one integrated amp in the future to just simplify whats on my desk but most of them are just too large to fit on my desk.

Yeah it is going well, some set backs here and there, never a linear thing for me. I think tracking more strictly and cleaning up the diet a bit will certainly speed up my cutting process. I feel a lot better after I adjusted macros to add more carbs, really helped with energy and even mood.
I am about 5'10", in college I was around 160-165 while being decently strong but not super lean, just want to be comfortable in my own skin again is the goal, no other specific goals.

I am trying to get to 165-170 or so from 195, at 183 now! Doing full body workouts mainly and some GTG thrown in to improve pull ups and some other movements. Certainly put on some muscle in the last few months but not leaning out as fast as I could be. Recently start to track calories and eat a bit better and seeing progress already, looking a bit leaner. Need to get a bit more cardio in, been walking a lot more!

Mint Chocolate and sometimes Stracciatella. I turned down getting ice cream at Jeni's the other day since they didn't have mint chip!

I used to play all sorts of games when I was younger, mario to gran turismo and lots of RTS. Then I start playing online FPS games and that totally changed the types of games I played. I couldn't get into single player games or other genres again really, I've tried. Now at almost 40, 97% of my gaming is just CS:GO and CS2 (luckily got access!). Other 3% is Halo or Battlebit these days. I think what I found is that with CS I always feel like I am learning. After a play or clutch attempt I immediately know what I could have done better or differently to hopefully achieve a better outcome. I really do think the split second decision making and understanding the game, all the moving pieces at once which I keep track of in my head in a round has helped me in other aspects of life. I learned to be able to track a developing situation with ease and stay calm, I worked in operations. My will to game really hasn't faded to be honest just the lack of care for anything but CS. I've been trying to dissect that but I can't figure it out, it is a bit of nostalgia to CS 1.5/6 days in public servers to familiarity to the competitive nature. I can keep up with much younger gamers still as I have so much knowledge of CS but have certainly fallen off a bit as I don't spend 12 hours playing, maybe once I start fading I'll move back into other games again. There is just something so satisfying with how CS plays to me. It also helps that I am currently single, when in a relationship gaming most certainly takes less importance or other types of games if they are into games. Not many women are into CS lol. I do wish the community was less toxic, but that will likely never change in such a competitive game.

This post makes me want to think about this a lot more in my personal life, gaming is a great past time. I'd rather game than watch TV but I could certainly play a bit less and focus on more productive tasks.
