My favorite part of my London trip was an impromptu trip out to Charles Darwins house. We got to explore the train system, hike through a little city, meet some sheep, chat with some real small town locals at a small town pub, and the house itself was really interesting. You definitely don't have to do that but I'd really recommend finding something interesting outside the heart of the city to explore while you're there.

You are lucky - or I'm unlucky. I fly what I'd consider an average amount and have had my luggage lost twice. Granted in both cases that eventually did find my suitcase but in one instance took 3 weeks to find and get it to me (replacing a wardrobe on vacation ain't cheap!) and the other they found soonish but I had to drive an hour back to the airport to get it. I go carry-on now.

Current fridge has 2 ice makers, which I thought was dumb, but now that I've had a few parties having that extra capacity means I don't have to make a trip for ice so long as I'm not stocking a cooler or something.

I'm curious if you've found a good replacement for Amazon? I don't mind a higher prices/smaller selection if the products are higher quality and ethically sourced.

That actually sounds like a great system for me. I've always found the micromanagement of the separate categories to be tedious and as you mention missing the bigger picture. I'm currently trying out Monarch which I don't think supports that approach either but I know it has a tagging system so maybe something can be overlayed with that to get this info. Will look into it.

I'm stepping outside my usual with a fantasy called A Deadly Education as part of a little book club. It's been a fun read! Like a wickedly dangerous take on the Harry Potter world where everything and everyone is out to get you- including the school itself. The main protagonist is angry, angsty, curt, and powerful wizard yet still walks away with the biggest heart in the story.

The bridge of the nose and slightly north where it meets your eye socket is a frequently cited pressure point for helping alleviate headache pain so I could see how that might help with sinus issues as well. As someone who gets frequent headaches I've found the best thing that works for me is taking two #2 pencils, eraser side up, and massaging that pressure point in small circles. I'm sure it looks absolutely insane but it works!

My first few years in contacts I had a lot of dry eye and irritation. I switched to Bausch infuse dailys and it went away entirely, I can wear them all day no trouble. You just have to find the brand/type that works for you. Most the optometrists I've been to will give you samples of different options too. I've also improved habits with frequently using lubricating drops (never rub your eyes, just do drops!) and that has definitely helped as well.
