What are some infinitely rewatchable shows y'all find yourself defaulting to regularly?

Is this going to be scalable? Eventually you'll be creamed with requests and rather than scaling up and just increasing costs to handle load, why not let a CDN do some of the heavy lifting?

Depending on the community, the Flame or Troll tag could also be abused and may not be an accurate indicator. For example, when I posted on a popular gaming forum that I didn't think that Breath of the Wild was as life changing and genre bending as everyone made it out to be I was eviserated for my opinion and called a troll when I was stating my opinion.

If we grow to the point where ~ has tons of users that are passionate about a subject, someones reputation shouldn't be in the hands of those who have a dissenting opinion. All that serves to accomplish is basically self censorship for fear of possible retributions from others and hivemind.

Stardew is a given like others said. If you enjoy light sports games and RPGs, Golf Story is a great title as well.

I also think the tags are much more visible than actual votes, so a post with a ton of votes can easily be overshadowed by a few inaccurate tags.

I'd agree - I feel like some of the more derogatory tags like "Troll" and "Noise" should even possibly be removed until the auditing is in place. Or, alternatively, let those types of tags require a Reason behind them that is publicly visible, similar to what mods see in a report. There's been a few comment I've seen tagged as Noise for no good reason (https://tildes.net/~talk/tl/what_are_your_favourite_podcasts#comment-46k, case in point).

I dunno I think it would be a pretty good watch considering all the new acquisitions they got this year.

I'd imagine that the best way to handle the "few users with final say" issue is to make it into a voting system with the trusted users. I don't think that setting it so that it would be safe to trust a users reports without a preemptive review is good in any case - we are all human and have feelings and emotions, sometimes letting those things cloud our better judgement.

I was a mod on a very large forum (over 5k active users) and as much as I'd hate to admit it, stuff like that happened to both me and the other mods. A better solution would be to make it a voting system, allowing a group of trusted users to review the content. If there are x amount of report validations, make it so.
