One of my favorite YouTube channels. I got turned onto the channel pretty early and it’s been so cool to see the channel grow over the past few years.
These types of episodes - where he covers something that no one would eat as a normal meal, but only because they didn’t have much of a choice - are my favorite. These dishes aren’t so much about enjoying the food, but merely about survival. It’s interesting to see how people came up with creative ways to make shelf stable food before modern food science became a thing.
