My attempts to make it further up the particularly thin, long country of Sweden from Stockholm have so far proved lacking. These cheesesteaks are going on the never-ending local customs list of mine though.
Can't be convinced to go on a 1,234km (nice round sequential number) drive for a sandwich?

14 hours? That's nothing by American standards. We'd be planning that for next summer no question.
I haven't visited this particular food truck, but I've had the "reindeer kebabs" they sell some places in Northern Sweden. Made with thinly sliced suovas (cold-smoked reindeer) served in pita bread with veggies and sauce. It's quite good. I can often find smoked reindeer in the frozen meats section of my local grocery store, and I'd probably cook with it more if it wasn't so expensive.
