What is your favorite way to add flavor to your hamburger?

I bought 16 hamburger patties today and I'm looking to try different ways of seasoning up this tasty beef and curious what you all do.

When it's ready to put the cheese on top instead of using water to steam it use chicken stock.

I recently learned to make smash burgers and highly recommend trying it. The seasoning is your normal salt/pepper but the key is how you cook them. Smash them thin on a very hot griddle or skillet...

I recently learned to make smash burgers and highly recommend trying it. The seasoning is your normal salt/pepper but the key is how you cook them. Smash them thin on a very hot griddle or skillet and cook them very quickly for juicy, seared perfection. This is the real secret to why West Coast Americans go crazy for In ā€˜Nā€™ Out.

Leaving aside the classics, how about a fried egg and kimchi? Fried mushrooms and garlic mayo?

Not really applicable since you bought patties, but I love adding some ground up blue cheese to my ground beef before making it into patties
