This is my favorite genre of quarantine thing: the quarantine cooking video! They're exactly what I've been looking for in a cooking show all along: unpretentious but delicious home cooking by people who know how flavor works.

Also kinda funny thing that I noticed... immediately after Chris Morocco claimed to Brad that the clocks in his kitchen are now synchronized (3m22s), the oven clock rolled over to 10:42 but the microwave clock stayed at 10:41, and in the next shot they are out of sync by a minute the entire time as well. Despite his blatant LIES!!!!, the fried macballz he made looked amazing though. :P
Sohla's Mac & Cheese pancakes looked weird but potentially delicious too, as did Carla's popcorn. The rest were probably great too, but kinda predictable.

Also, Brad was giving high levels of "can't be bothered to try; phoning this in" energy which resonates with and resembles me (and literally every single one of my coworkers) at the moment. We're running on empty tanks, going through the motions, and mustering up just enough to get things done and over with.
