Bon Appétit and Condé Nast have almost completely restructured at the executive level since the Rapoport debacle, and after all the other toxic work environment problems at both came to light. E.g. Dawn Davis and Sonia Chopra took over at BA. Anna Wintour and Agnes Chu took over at CN.

But yeah... from a previous comment of mine:
"I am still incredibly wary of supporting BA again just because of a facelift, and only want to do so if things have genuinely changed there for the better."

At the same time, I also don't want to not support the new Chefs at BA just because of the past actions of a bunch of shitty former executives either. So even though I will probably never post a Chris Morocco video again (since he was allegedly a big part of the problems at BA but is still employed there), I am at least trying to open up and share some BA videos again now that the dust has settled and things appear to have actually changed for the better.

Thankfully nothing bad ever came out about Brad though, AFAIK, so I still feel comfortable sharing his videos at the very least... And him and Crissy also have amazing chemistry together too, IMO, so this particular video is a match made in heaven.

They put the inspiration for Miranda Priestly in charge of the place after complaints about the toxic work environment? Oy!

Yeah, Wintour is supposedly remarkably elitist and rather toxic herself, by all accounts (e.g. she refused to allow the hiring of any "fat" people at Vogue). So CN seems to have at least tried to address the diversity issues with the reshuffling and new hires, but sadly the toxic work environment may be there to stay simply due to how competitive the industry is, and how snobby/elitist many of their publications are to begin with. Ah well, baby steps, I guess.

BA seems to have hired a bunch of new execs who are genuinely trying to reform the whole place for the better though. And their new forward facing talent is also much more diverse now as well, which is great to see.

Oh no, Chris Morocco! I did not know that. Boo him. It's funny re: Brad, though, because he just seems like such a bro, but it's good to hear he's a decent guy. Thanks for updating me on the BA...

Thanks for updating me on the BA stuff, I'm glad to hear they're doing better now -- but I agree to stay weary. Honestly I should just watch these videos through NewPipe or with Adblock enabled, so they don't get all that sweet YT money.
