Baba is Figurine. Baba is cute!
Baba Is Creative: Baba Is You is one of the most creative puzzle video games of all time. That same experience is captured here in one of the most creative head-to-head strategy games of all time. Create and break up rules in ways that completely transform the playing field. You’ll discover and utilize all kinds of wacky rules including “Baba Is Fast” “Keke Is Rock” “Flag Is Curious” “Rock is Scared” “Square Is Win” and much much more.
They said that the game is for ages 10+, but these rules look like they can get very complicated very fast. I'm also happy to see they've thought through multiple play throughs and with a mix of different players.
Yeah, part of me is really wondering how it works on paper but I also kinda want to go in blind. I'm also way older than 10+, but Baba has always been super challenging to me too!

Thank you for making an exception! I don't hang around gaming sites quite as much as I used to and this is probably my favorite Kickstarter since… I don't even know, since I remember?

A couple of reviews of Party House and Baba is You from Dan Thurot/SpaceBiff. I've not played much of Baba is You (I've never really got into Sokoban-style games), but I really like the idea of it...
I've not played much of Baba is You (I've never really got into Sokoban-style games), but I really like the idea of it as a one-on-one duel — it sounds more like a reactive, tactical thing where you're trying to look for every possibility of success. That said, it also sounds very messy, like one of those games of connect four where you realise someone's made a row three rounds ago but neither of you noticed it.
Party House sounds more like my sort of game. It sounds a bit like a deck-building version of Quacks of Quedlinburg — push-your-luck, but with an engine-building aspect to it as well that makes each round feel more exciting. Plus a bit of inter-player interaction sounds good. I'd be interested to see how it plays, exactly, because the description at least ticks a lot of boxes.
UFO 50 is in my top 3 GOATs and Party House is maybe the best game in UFO 50. (I might put Rail Heist above because it's technically a more "gamey" game and better utilizing the 80s game design...

(I might put Rail Heist above because it's technically a more "gamey" game and better utilizing the 80s game design inspiration but Party House should work perfectly as a card game. Get UFO 50! Unless you absolutely hate the 8bit theme, you'll have a great time!)

Party House sounds very similar to Fliptoons which is a beautifully simple deck-builder.
Still haven't played UFO 50, but I went all-in anyway cause FOMO.
Do buy UFO 50 if you have the means!!! it's amazing and very very worth, i'd say about 90% of the games are excellent in the package.
