Seems something of a base hit for Microsoft. Another Android adjacent client that can put them in front of a lot of people really quickly. The game is afoot if they can get someone like Roku on board.

The service was in competition with other cloud gaming services, including Sony's PlayStation Plus cloud streaming, Nvidia's GeForce Now, Amazon's Luna, and Microsoft's Xbox Cloud Gaming. wiki
On a personal note, I'm very happy with my Deck and my console buying days are nearly certainly over. I haven't wanted to play any Sony or XBox exclusive titles since LocoRoco Cocoreccho! (2007) . Nintendo exclusive titles have become crazy expensive ($80!) and they almost never go on sale. I've also fallen out of love with the Pokemon game franchise after Scarlet/Violet . As a gamer more short on time than money, I'm glad I already got to enjoy Pikmin 4.... probably just continue to replay that one until Pikmin 5, should one exist in the future. Hopefully by then their next console can be purchased under $150 at a pawn shop or something. Or that the console wars are finally over and everything is played on hardware independent devices. In the mean time, thousands of free games I haven't yet played are on my Deck. I can wait.

Let me know when it's available for Playstation.
