So, just curious: how does buying games and subscription works? Will you get games forever via subscription? Does games become unavailable after subscription ends, etc. etc?

If you buy a new Playdate right now, it starts delivering the first season games every two weeks from the day that you activate it, however you can optionally tell it to just unlock all the games right away if you don't want to wait. I suspect they'll do the same thing with Season 2 at some point after the whole season has run its course for the earliest subscribers.
