I didn’t find the trailer overly compelling. Maybe the gameplay will change my mind.

I think it’s funny that EA has produced so many Frostbyte Star Wars games that they can just keep reusing assets. Most of these models are recycled from Battlefront 2. Even some of the characters...

Class based, you heard it here first. Like overwatch, R6:Siege, TF2, etc etc etc. How has EA managed to so thoroughly underwhelm when it comes to Star wars games? It's not hard, dangit.

Buckle up, take full control of starfighters such as the X-wing and TIE fighter, and feel the adrenaline of strategic first-person 5v5 multiplayer dogfights alongside your squadron.

I've become bitter in my old age. Rogue Squadron was the shit back in '98. An HD version of the same kind of deal, with multiplayer, should bring alive the kid inside me. Instead, I can't help but...

Rogue Squadron was the shit back in '98. An HD version of the same kind of deal, with multiplayer, should bring alive the kid inside me. Instead, I can't help but to expect a half-assed campaign mode, and a multiplayer held back from its potential by a shit-ass, pay-to-win progression system. I'm sure it will be a gorgeous game and suited for VR; I'm just not sure I have faith it will be fun.
