She seems very articulate and well-informed, and I found this informative. However, I felt a little lost because I haven't watched just about all the shows she mentioned!

That's understandable, especially since some of those are pretty long running shows. I'm lucky that I have seen Supernatural, Korra, and a few of the ones she named, but there were a few I missed...

I also found her video very informative, and it actually changed my mind on what I considered queerbaiting.
You can't "cross-post", but you could just post it to ~lgbt. There's nothing stopping you from posting the same video in two different groups if you think it's relevant to both groups.

I think at this point, with the site being so small and content coming in at such a slow pace, cross posting would be more annoying than useful. That and ~lgbt has half the subs of ~talk and I...
I think at this point, with the site being so small and content coming in at such a slow pace, cross posting would be more annoying than useful. That and ~lgbt has half the subs of ~talk and I doubt more than a handful of users who are subbed to ~lgbt aren’t also subbed to ~talk, so what would be the point of cross posting it there since it’s unlikely to reach more or even many different users there than it did here.
P.s. This is also one of the reasons I have advocated for the ability to legitimately cross-post, where rather than a duplicate topic being submitted to multiple groups each with their own comments sections, you instead mirror that singular topic across the various groups with a singular shared comments section. This would not only reduce the amount of duplicate topics on the site but also foster interaction between the various groups. Moderation could get tricky but I don’t think that’s insurmountable.
Yea, I don't think crossposting would be very good just yet. This should probably just be moved to ~lgbt instead of crossposted. Definitely with you, it's a bit annoying to see the same Reddit...

Definitely with you, it's a bit annoying to see the same Reddit post two or three times in the span of a few minutes because it has been crossposted/reposted to multiple subreddits I'm subscribed to.
Yeah, I don't agree with double-posting either, which is why I didn't. However, I purposefully posted in ~talk instead of ~lgbt, so if @deimos is reading this, please don't move it. FYI, my...

FYI, my reasoning is that a lot of these TV shows/movies are not necessarily directed at the lgbt community, though they maybe targeted with queerbaiting. A lot of these ships are also to draw in female audiences in general.

You might want to cross-post this (is that allowed?) to ~lgbt
Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't believe we can yet.
