Very excited for the new season. I'm curious where the show is going to go for Bojack's emotional arc and the trailer didn't really illiluminate too much. Every season I've said there's no way...

The Americans was such a great thriller/drama and was criminally under-watched. Season 5 was the only one that didn't hold up to the others but Season 6 was a perfect finale for the show. So sad...

Huh, never thought about it that way. The depression parts don't fit with the Horsin' Around theme though, but I guess the show has a lite impact as a theme

Not only because of the emotional toll, but shows like that become extremely predictable. That's the same reason I stopped watching Silicon Valley. Gratuitous, unchanging suffering is not entertaining for me. There must be at least a small victory or a glimpse of hope to introduce some variation in tone.
There's a reason why Greek the tragedy is only really tragic in the end...
I think you should give Bojack another chance. The 4th season explores some of the darker sides of Bojack's past and present, but I don't think the plot gets excessively dark or predictable. It's...

It's also not a show that relies heavily on plot for the enjoyment. But that's my personal opinion and to each their own.
I'm not sure where you stopped in Silicon Valley, but the newest season (season 5 I think?) actually breaks that pattern and let's the main characters be on the winning side for once.

Do we have any Bojack Horseman fans on Tildes? It’s one of my favourite shows, I’m excited for the new season.
Bojack is easily my favorite non-weeb show, and I don't see any reason it shouldn't keep getting better and better. I'm so excited!

Dude I'm watching The Americans right now and it is intense! If you like dramas check it out.

Those crime scenes are probably Bojack's new show

It felt like forever between seasons, at least it's finally coming out
