I'm having a hard time getting a read on Agatha, because there are moments where she lets down her guard and looks like she's empathizing with Wanda, but then she's also strangling her kids, so... morally gray. Also I just now put together that Hayward lied about Wanda stealing Vision so that SWORD would get jurisdiction on the case over the FBI, and he could keep an eye on a new sentient weapon.
I wonder if SWORD Vision not having the Mind Stone or Wanda's influence would default to Ultron's code, giving Wanda another chance to bust his head in, or would it be just too many moving parts...

My guess is that evil!Vision that she'll have to kill --- but all of this is leading to Dr Strange. I saw a theory that all of this was created by Nightmare, which is a pretty good theory, even with the revelation of the new Vision. However, they might be replacing Nightmare with Karl Mordo.
Its all a bit of a stretch, but the one thing I think we can know for sure is that Wanda is gonna kick evil!Vision's ass.
A Vision v Vision fight would be excellent, leading to Wanda having to terminate the original Vision, which would be heartbreaking.
That would be awesome! It seems like they're able to pull pretty much anyone they want, no matter what the cost. I really hope they take their time with everything to give characters like Ultron...

I really hope they take their time with everything to give characters like Ultron their fair share of screen time.
The silhouette looked a lot like Wanda herself in her Scarlet Witch costume from the halloween episode, so might have just been looking into the future.

I mean in my opinion her kids aren't real and Agatha might be pushing Wanda to finally confront what she's done. Wanda is the only one that can end this madness, it'd make sense I think.
I definitely had some vibes that Agatha was more understanding of Wanda throughout the episode and had a bit of whiplash when she seemed to turn full heel at the end.

Since no laws of physics or nature seem to matter if you can just OMG-magic shit at will, I kinda expect her to make Wanda-created Vision permanent somehow, thus giving Marvel back a superhero to...

My guess is that Wanda's Vision either downloads into SWORD Vision's bod and becomes whole, or he sacrifices himself to save Wanda and his kids. Kids might go away, but be revealed to have been incarnated in another reality, leading Wanda to team up with Strange in his movie exploring the Multiverse. Maybe tease a villain, maybe imply there's a Vision in the Multiverse raising his kid if they want to pull in his daughter.
I mean, that was my first guess for "somehow". As for the "nothing stays dead" problem: We already had End Game. Like, literally everyone coming back from the dead is already a major plot point.

Loki came back from another timeline, and so did Gamora. Black Widow is getting a movie despite her death, and apparently Iron Man will make a cameo in it. It's not as bad as in the comic books,...

Hayward said that they threw every form of power at SWORD Vision and couldn’t activate him. It’s not a coincidence that SWORD Vision only activated after being affected by Wandas magic. I think...

I think SWORD Vision will be a blank slate and Wanda will somehow merge SV with the Vision that exists in the Hex. Either that or Visions personality is still kicking around in SV and will need to “reboot” or something

Don't forget to watch the mid-credits sequence!
I loved this episode. Its fun to see 'behind the curtain', so to speak.

Anyone have thoughts on who Wanda saw in the

If things cannot exist outside of her influence, I don't think they are real. Though I didn't know her kids were important in the marvel universe.
