You bring up a fair point! Modern manuals actually do come with driver assists like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, auto emergency braking, etc. I can set the cruise control with a follow distance on my car, but if the car in front slows down too much then I would have to downshift

I got my first manual car a little over a month ago and for the first week or so I was definitely regretting my decision. Now I can't imagine going back to an automatic, they're so boring! And if you enjoy driving then you're a car enthusiast in my books :)

Driving a stick shift car. Aside from the whole "being one with the car" feeling that car enthusiasts will tell you about, it's made me a safer driver. I'm more attentive, leave a bigger gap between me and the car in front, and I break earlier and softer so that I don't have to shift as much in heavy traffic

The real question is whether you brush before or after eating breakfast. It seems to be as divisive as wiping your bum standing vs sitting/crouching!

My only big complaints are that the map is utterly useless in cities and various small performance/gameplay issues like the clunky UI and weird mouse aiming, but the latter issues have been fixed with mods already.

I've been a Spotify Premium user for a long time now but I'm beginning to question if it actually worth it because people sure don't seem happy about YouTube Premium but it's actually a dollar cheaper per month in Canada if you get the annual plan and it comes with YouTube Music which AFAIK is on par with Spotify for simple music streaming. Can anybody that used both services before chime in? Am I missing something or are people just more upset with YouTube due to their ad blocking antics?

May I ask why you are paying $29.99 CAD/month? On the YouTube Premium page the most expensive option is the family plan for $22.99 CAD/month. Is there an ultra premium plan I'm unaware of?

If somebody's response is particularly helpful and well-written, you can also label it as Exemplary. This will boost the comment higher up the thread and you have to type a small note as to why you marked it as Exemplary. The note is anonymous and only visible to the commenter, but if you explicitly thank them in the note I'm sure they can figure out who sent it, or just sign off the note with your username.

Yes I completely understand why the Titan sub got more attention. I even admit that I found the Titan tragedy to be more interesting. Nonetheless, if you look at the response compared to the lives at stake (750 people that could have been rescued vs 5 people that realistically have already perished), it just doesn't seem... fair? But I guess life isn't fair.

I'm sharing a gamepass with a couple of friends (I was surprised Microsoft even allows that) and it's by far the best value in gaming right IMO. Starfield is going to be on the gamepass day 1.
