Armando earth shattering for us Australians! we get two (three?) races at a reasonable time in a row! I'm personally super chuffed with this change. Armando I heard that was the case when he started again with them, because of some poor habits from mclaren, but that he's been doing a lot better on the sim recently. Armando I can't speak to the qualities of the devices themselves, but I've personally not had a great experience with ASUS, particularly with their software being terrible. They don't have a great repuation for customer service either, as far as I'm aware, so this is something I'd keep in mind if I were looking at buying one of these two.

I've been having similar feelings lately.

Though to put a positive spin on it, it has definitely encouraged me to just turn the computer off, or put the phone away, and go do something else. Tildes has very much been the last bastion of strictly online interactivity for me for the last little while, and I guess seeing even it go the way of other sites is the push I've been needing.
I still enjoy services like discord or slack where I can interact with people I might know or be loosely connected to in person, online. But I think my time on the anonymous open internet is coming to an end. The cost benefit valuation of putting up with all that nastiness just doesn't seem worth it anymore.
