A year ago, they would also not want to stay connected to my laptop. I would have keep an empty google meet or zoom call to trick them into staying connected; this specific issue hasn’t happened to me in about a year. All this to say is that Apple’s products are geared towards using other apple products. They will work, but not always at intended. I currently still use my airpods, but also use the Bose 700.

When I am out I take the ulock and foldable lock. If you ever sell the bike, the locks can be used for other things.
- Redshift Arc Pedal - These are amazing at night, and it’s a bit different for cars who are used to see typical tail lights or helmet lights at night.
- Mr Tuffy Bike Liner - find the ones that fit your tire. It will reduce the likely hood of getting a flat
- tire patch kit - bike pro tools sells a ton
- an electric pump- if you are riding when it’s colder it’s a bit to fix a flat when your hands a numb.
- airtag - they sell devices that will let you hide it on the bike
- covers - if you leave it locked outside normally for long periods of time, buy a cover, rain is not great for bikes.
- electric gloves - I ride year round and they help keep me warm in the winter.
- thermal pants - again only if riding when cold. There are loose and compression types. I wear both at the same time, under my regular pants when it’s really cold. Along with long socks these keep me warm.

I basically have this https://a.co/d/dLpuk3e, but without the money section. My wallet is 10yrs old, so I wanted to find a back up in case. I’d prefer to not have the pouch type where everything comes out at once.

I actually just let people tell me what’s important post Reddit. I figure if it’s important enough, someone will tell me.
I also did not know about Ozempic and my wife looked at me in awe. I just laughed and let her explain it to me. Now I know and I’ve moved on. The media today is mostly aimed at keeping you in a state of panic.
If you want a reddit alternative you can try Lemmy. It is not a full replacement (as noted by me missing out on stuff), but a lot of that stuff is honestly not important in the long run. (And this is not me trying to discredit your feelings or experience, but hopefully trying to set you on a different path for a different state of mind) Unless you need to get a preorder exclusive for a video game, those games will be there, same as the television shows. And if you really do still need to keep up to date for other random stuff, then there is the subreddit Out of The Loop, that will catch you up on things as well.

Oddly enough they also had a weird rule of only letting me rent out a game at BlockBuster only once, because they thought it was a waste of money to rerent. Eventually when I was older I started buying myself games, but I’d still replay them out of habit and appreciation. In today’s world people can’t get through games quickly enough. They have ever growing list of unplayed games. The value just isn’t there anymore. Bored of them game you are playing? You don’t have to finish it because you have 50 more waiting.
I myself and having a hard time with that, as I get older and have less time for games, there are so many I want to replay, but so many new ones left to play.

I’ve always connected to the “air” element in video games and I also love the use of latin words in video games.
