    Trust me, if hadn't been constantly making sure i had a fire res potions in hand, it would've been a bad time. Had to use two of them to not die.

    The honeycomb block works really well with the stripped spruce and yellow terracotta. I like using the minecraft block palette website to help make good combinations of blocks for a build.

    If you're not worried about duping, we have infinite red sand to make more.

    Building with smooth red sandstone has been a fantastic block to build with, and makes me frustrated on how rare the block is in the game.

    I updated my nether tunnel! I did my own redstone for the station and it worked out better than expected. To use this track all you have to do is walk up and get into the waiting minecart, a sculk sensor will detect that you've gotten into the cart and power the rails to get you moving, then shortly after you leave the station, a new minecart is autocrafted and dispensed onto the track to wait for the next use. At each end of the track the minecart is automatically broken by a cactus and disposed of in lava. The redstone is my own design and it's about as small as possible I think, so I'm pretty proud of it. Feel free to copy for other stations if desired.

    Update on The Horizon Engine

    Another week, another new building. I borrowed @Mendanbar's idea of using a working conveyor belt in my incinerator building.

    I also added two "atmospheric condensers" as a way for the city to collect water.

    Then I decided to make a second market stall to fill out a little more space.

    My in game map is starting to look a bit like a circuit board which is a neat coincidence.

    I also finally decided on a way for non-flyers to access the city from the overworld. The city is dumping excess water* out of the sewer down to the ground below. There's a bubble column to ride up into the sewer system and then a ladder to the city streets. Maybe I'll think of something more glamorous in the future, but for now this will have to do. No picture, it's a column of water coming out of a tube. *filtered and sanitized water, we are environmentally conscious at The Horizon Engine.

    Next up is a medical facility for the city.

    Edit: Just took this night shot of my city from a distance. It's coming together.

    • Do either of the tree farms in the industrial district work with the nether trees? I'll need a bunch of the blue stuff.

    Yeah, sort of. You have to replace the dirt with the nylium (the colored netherrack) that corresponds to the tree type you want to grow. There also needs to be a second piece of nylium down 1 block and back 1 block relative to the other one. Growing the trees will sometimes convert the nylium into netherrack before you can clear the tree, so this second piece will allow the nylium to spread again so you can grow the next tree.

    • Has anyone built an enderman farm? I will build one in the end if not.

    Not a proper one, I think there's a spot where you can safely aggro a bunch of them manually to kill them, but it's pretty slow.

    • Is there a good source of sculk blocks anywhere? I will build a generator attached to the enderman farm if not.

    Nope, no skulk farms yet at all.

I haven't looked at the design @Mendanbar linked yet to see if it would suit my needs, but hopefully I can figure something out. I'll try golems again if I have to.

I just kept flying away and returning to reset mob spawns in the farm, then killed the ones which spawned close enough to the entrance. If I was wearing soul speed boots and using fire res potions it would've been a lot easier I think to just walk around inside killing them.

    I'm checking out Pitch again right now, and I was struck by a thought. Have you seen the Build and Seek videos that some of the Hermits participate in? You should add a bunch of hiding places into the city and make it a game! You could provide carved pumpkins to hide from the locator bar, and maybe a book with a few different rule variations for hide and seek.

    Edit: This place is such a vibe! In some ways it reminds me of Evie's museum project from season 1! @TaylorSwiftsPickles You should really take a vacation away from Poland and come check this place out in-game.

    Edit 2: I can't quite see all the redstone for the conveyor belt, but I definitely want to incorporate it into my build as well. I'm gonna take a schematic of it and dissect it in creative.

    As for mob noises, we do have the Silence Me data pack this season. Just craft a bunch of nametags (yes craft, we can do that now!) and rename them silence_me in an anvil.
