I've longed for some way to reduce sound in the evening/night but not make it so I'm totally cut-off from necessary sounds, and something I can side-sleep with in.

I felt it was the worst then, I feel it's the worst now and I simply don't understand how it could grow on anyone. The music is fine but the lyrics are so over-the-top cringey that I would mute the theme every time it came on. It's interesting how different ears and brains can hear the same thing and have very different reactions.

It's all an illusion of course and one check of r/all on my phone while logged out gives me an easy snapshot of the husk of reddit that remains.

And by doing so it is causing me to have much more erractic thoughts, anxiety, depression and feelings of being overwhelmed, just as it did before the other elections.
And you know what? I'm no closer to any truth than I was before, and end up just spinning my internal wheels. Time to get off the ride for a bit and try to focus on something else, thanks for your post.

But even if no one is announced to be the new nominee right away I don't think it will be long now until he makes a speech that he's no longer running.
Edit: I was right (about him stepping down at least), but I still need to disconnect from politics for my own mental health.

Grimalkin I can't disagree, as I enjoy the slow-drip method of watching as well. But it's so much fun to spend multiple continuous hours engaged in a show you really like, so I hope that is true here.I can't disagree, as I enjoy the slow-drip method of watching as well. I'm still digesting what I'm feeling after watching it, but I'm definitely experiencing a type of anxiety I only ever feel when reading about the massive changes that have taken place in our natural environment over the 20th and 21st centuries and how the speed of those changes will likely only increase over time.
It's a fascinating and scary time to be alive but the latter emotion takes up much more of my headspace than the former it seems.

Grimalkin Pirate it, enjoy it, and then keep your thoughts to yourself. Win-Win-Win.Pirate it, enjoy it, and then keep your thoughts to yourself. Win-Win-Win.
What would you say the usable lifespan is for one of those small Samsungs? More than 3-4 years? Not as a primary backup source necessarily, just wondering how long it would be until you would want to replace it, if you have any experience using them.
